oh this is really cute! I love Rainbow Dash's hair, it looks really cool!

I agree with JessicaBlood, about the hands being a bit too small, but that's sort of a minor detail and can be overlooked.

The color quality of this picture is also very nice! It's solid, which is suits your art style, and is always constant. She also shows a good amount of emotion on her face, and it matches her body language nicely- you don't want to have like, an angry face on the body of a person doing like, jumping jacks or something *actually no that'd be pretty hilarious*

But anyway, this is very nice work- very little needs to be improved on, other than minor proportion adjustments of the body.
